- Orders placed from December 1, 2026 to December 26, 2026 can be returned for a merchandise credit until January 15, 2027. For complete policies and instructions, please see Returns & Exchanges.
- Orders placed after December 26, 2026 will fall under our normal 14-day return policy.
- Merchandise credit may only be redeemed within the same region in which the original order was placed and cannot be transferred to another region.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only at the original point of purchase. Items purchased online cannot be returned to an Assouline store, and items purchased through another retailer should be returned to that retailer.
- The Ultimate Tower, Allure Bookstand, XXL editions headphones, and any vintage or third-party items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
