When will my order be processed?

• Orders placed by 1 pm CET will ship the same day. This excludes orders shipping to the United Kingdom. 
• Orders placed after 1 pm CET will ship the following business day.
• U.K. orders will ship out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• During holiday closures orders will be processed the next business day. 

How can I track my order?

• Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates.
• Actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to circumstances beyond our control, including delays by carrier, supply chain issues, weather, and other factors.
• Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery. 

Can I modify my shipping address?

• If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order information. Please note, that while we will try our best to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed.
• Orders shipping with International Standard shipping cannot be modified after the order has been placed. 
• Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
• Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through Facebook, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?

• Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order.

What shipping methods are available?

*Shipping times are not inclusive of processing time.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD

• International Standard shipping is only available for select European countries and only applies to eligible orders with 3 items or less. Option will not be available if shipping requirements are not met. 
• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
• Most Standard orders are delivered within 7 business days from the order's ship date.
• Orders with this shipping option cannot be modified after the order has been placed. 
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Signature required upon order delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY

• Free on eligible E.U. orders over €200.
• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
• Orders shipping to the U.K. will be shipped out on Wednesdays and Fridays. 
• Most Standard orders are delivered within 7 business days from the order's ship date.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Signature required upon order delivery.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY

• Most orders shipped via International Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
• Orders shipping to the U.K. will be shipped out on Wednesdays and Fridays. 
• Most International orders are delivered within 5 business days from the order's ship date.
• Signature required upon order delivery.

Where do you ship to?

• Our EU site, eu.assouline.com, ships to addresses in Europe and Africa. However, we are not shipping to Russia, Ukraine, or Israel at this time.
