What forms of payment do you accept?
Assouline accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- JCB
- Discover
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments
- Assouline Gift Card
Will I be charged sales tax?
- Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order as required by law.
Are duties and taxes included at checkout?
- Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase.
- If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsbility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.
Does Assouline offer payment plan options?
- Assouline has partnered with Shop Pay and Paypal to offer pay in four interest-free installments.
- To make a purchase using one of these options, make your selection at the time of checkout.
Can I use multiple forms of payment?
- At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- You may request an order cancellation or modification within 30 mins after receiving your order confirmation (excludes International Standard shipping orders). However, please note that while we will try our best to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed.
- Orders shipping with International Standard service cannot be modified after the order has been placed.
